Otoro nigiri: Massive fatty tuna nigiri on black/gold takeaway tray. Beautiful pink-white marbling. This is the morning sushi spot Karl went to most days in Osaka.
Mystery Kanazawa Restaurant (unsolved)
- Sushi-focused, expensive, high quality sides
- Bigger place (not 7-8 seats)
- Sunken/inset horigotatsu tables
- Nodoguro (sea perch) on menu
- Local sake, a la carte
- One of the top on Tabelog in Kanazawa
- Possibly Katamachi area
- Drinks menu: free Yebisu beer, Kaga Plum Wine (Manzairaku), Kanazawa Plum Wine Kairi (Tsukicha), Tengumai Umeshu, Okunoto Salt Cider, Kanazawa Yuwaku Cider (Yuzu Otome), Kaga Bocha Highball
